Fernanda Wüthrich is a scientist, strategist, author, lecturer and mediator with more than 25 years of experience in intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion, crisis management and organizational dynamics.

Originally from Brazil, she has lived in Europe since 2004 and has been based in Switzerland for many years. Her international background and professional experience inform Mercury Brain’s perspective on leadership, governance, communication and complex human systems.

She holds a doctorate and combines academic expertise with practical experience working with SMEs and large corporations, both in executive roles and through independent advisory mandates.
